Kısa cevap: Nightling'in erişebildiği bir sunucu yoktur. Bebeğiniz hakkında girdiğiniz hiçbir şey — isim, doğum tarihi, beslenme, uyku, bez, ölçüm, not, fotoğraf — cihazınızdan çıkmaz. Hesap açmazsınız, giriş yapmazsınız; analytics, reklam ve takip yoktur.

Nightling, yeni doğan bakımını kaydetmek için kullanılan bir iOS uygulamasıdır. Bu politika, hangi verilerin nerede tutulduğunu, hangi durumlarda cihazdan çıkabileceğini ve bunu kimin belirlediğini açıklar. Uygulamayı Yunus Emre Alpak geliştirir ve yayınlar.

1. Cihazınızda tutulanlar

Aşağıdakiler yalnızca telefonunuzun uygulama alanında saklanır:

Bebek profili: ad ve doğum tarihi (isteğe bağlı fotoğraf).
Kayıtlar: emzirme oturumları ve taraf dökümü, biberon, ek gıda, uyku, bez, pompalama.
Büyüme ölçümleri, İlk'ler Defteri satırları.
An Notları: bir kayda eklediğiniz metin ve fotoğraf.
Uygulama tercihleri: birim, dil, tema, el tercihi, haptik, hatırlatma ayarı.

Bu veriler cihazınızın uygulama sanal alanında (app sandbox) ve uygulama ile widget uzantısının paylaştığı bir App Group konteynerinde tutulur. Widget'lar ve kilit ekranı yüzeyleri aynı cihazdaki bu veriyi okur; hiçbiri ağ bağlantısı kullanmaz.

2. Cihazdan çıkanlar — yalnızca sizin gönderdikleriniz

Nightling kendiliğinden hiçbir veri göndermez. Veri, yalnızca siz bir paylaşım eylemi başlattığınızda cihazdan çıkar:

CSV dışa aktarma, PDF raporu ve yedek dosyası: dosya oluşturulur ve iOS paylaşım sayfasına verilir. Nereye gideceğini siz seçersiniz (Dosyalar, AirDrop, e-posta, bulut sürücünüz). O andan sonra dosya seçtiğiniz hedefin kurallarına tabidir.
Devir Notu: günün özetini eşinize gönderirsiniz; yine sistem paylaşım sayfasıyla, doğrudan cihazdan cihaza. Hiçbir sunucuya uğramaz.

Yedek dosyası şifrelenmez. Kayıtlarınızı ve eklediğiniz fotoğrafları düz olarak taşır; nereye koyduğunuza dikkat edin.

3. Fotoğraflar ve kamera

Bir kayda fotoğraf eklemek isterseniz iOS sizden galeri veya kamera izni ister. Seçtiğiniz fotoğrafın bir kopyası uygulamanın alanına yazılır ve orada kalır. Nightling galerinizi taramaz, başka fotoğraflara bakmaz ve hiçbir fotoğrafı yüklemez. İzni vermezseniz uygulamanın geri kalanı normal çalışır.

4. Bildirimler

Hatırlatmalar tamamen yereldir: cihazınızda planlanır, cihazınızda gösterilir. Bunun için bir sunucuya ihtiyaç yoktur ve kullanılmaz. Hatırlatmayı ilk açtığınızda bildirim izni istenir; vermezseniz ayar kapalı kalır.

5. Satın almalar

Nightling+ satın alırsanız ödeme tamamen Apple tarafından işlenir; Nightling kart bilgilerinizi görmez. Aboneliğin geçerli olup olmadığını takip etmek için RevenueCat altyapısı kullanılır. Bu akışta RevenueCat'e giden bilgiler şunlardır: Apple'ın verdiği satın alma makbuzu, ürün kimliği ve uygulamanın ürettiği anonim bir kullanıcı kimliği. Adınız, e-postanız, bebeğinizin adı veya herhangi bir kaydınız bu akışa girmez.

Satın alma dışında kullanılan başka bir üçüncü taraf servisi yoktur: analytics SDK'sı, çökme raporlayıcı, reklam ağı ya da sosyal medya SDK'sı bulunmaz.

6. Çocuklara ait veriler

Nightling'i ebeveyn ya da bakım veren kullanır; kaydedilen bilgiler bir bebeğe aittir. Bu bilgiler cihazdan çıkmadığı için toplanmaz, işlenmez, satılmaz ve profil oluşturmakta kullanılmaz. Uygulama çocuklara yönelik reklam içermez ve 4+ derecelendirmesiyle yayınlanır.

7. Verinizin denetimi sizde

Silme: Ayarlar → Tüm veriyi sil. Bebek bilgileri, tüm kayıtlar, ölçümler, İlk'ler, an notları ve fotoğraflar cihazdan silinir. Bu işlem geri alınamaz.
Taşıma: CSV dışa aktarma ve yedek her zaman, ücretsiz katmanda da açıktır.
Tamamen kaldırma: uygulamayı silmek, uygulama alanındaki tüm veriyi de siler.

Bize bir "verilerimi sil" talebi göndermenize gerek yoktur — elimizde silinecek bir veri yoktur.

8. Güvenlik

Veriler iOS'un uygulama sanal alanında tutulur ve cihazınız kilitliyken iOS'un dosya koruma mekanizmalarıyla korunur. Cihaz şifrenizi ve yedeklerinizi korumak sizin elinizdedir; oluşturduğunuz yedek dosyası şifresizdir.

9. Bu politikadaki değişiklikler

Politika değişirse bu sayfadaki tarih güncellenir. Uygulamanın veri toplama davranışında esaslı bir değişiklik olursa (ki mimarisi buna izin vermiyor), değişiklik uygulama içinde de duyurulur.

Privacy Policy

The short answer: there is no server Nightling can reach. Nothing you enter about your baby — name, birth date, feeds, sleep, diapers, measurements, notes, photographs — leaves your device. You create no account and sign in to nothing; there is no analytics, no advertising and no tracking.

Nightling is an iOS app for recording newborn care. This policy explains what is stored, where it is stored, when anything can leave the device, and who decides that. The app is developed and published by Yunus Emre Alpak.

1. What is kept on your device

All of the following is stored only in your phone's app storage:

Baby profile: name and birth date (with an optional photo).
Records: nursing sessions and their side breakdown, bottles, solids, sleep, diapers, pumping.
Growth measurements and the lines of the Firsts journal.
Moment Notes: the text and photograph you attach to a record.
App preferences: units, language, theme, handedness, haptics, reminder setting.

This data lives in the iOS app sandbox and in an App Group container shared between the app and its widget extension. The widgets and lock-screen surfaces read that same on-device data; none of them use the network.

2. What leaves the device — only what you send

Nightling never transmits anything on its own. Data leaves the device only when you start a share:

CSV export, the PDF report and the backup file: a file is created and handed to the iOS share sheet. You choose where it goes (Files, AirDrop, email, your cloud drive). From that point the file follows the rules of the destination you picked.
The Handoff Note: a summary of the day sent to your partner, again through the system share sheet, device to device. It touches no server.

The backup file is not encrypted. It carries your records and the photographs you attached in the clear, so take care where you put it.

3. Photos and camera

If you choose to attach a photo to a record, iOS asks you for photo library or camera permission. A copy of the picture you pick is written into the app's own storage and stays there. Nightling does not scan your library, does not look at other photos, and uploads nothing. If you decline the permission, the rest of the app works normally.

4. Notifications

Reminders are entirely local: scheduled on your device and shown by your device. No server is needed, and none is used. Notification permission is asked for the first time you turn a reminder on; if you decline, the setting simply stays off.

5. Purchases

If you buy Nightling+, the payment is handled entirely by Apple; Nightling never sees your card details. To keep track of whether a subscription is active, the app uses RevenueCat. What reaches RevenueCat in that flow is: the purchase receipt issued by Apple, the product identifier, and an anonymous user identifier generated by the app. Your name, your email, your baby's name and none of your records enter that flow.

Apart from purchases, no third-party service is used: there is no analytics SDK, no crash reporter, no ad network and no social SDK.

6. Children's data

Nightling is used by a parent or carer, and what it records concerns an infant. Because that information never leaves the device, it is not collected, processed, sold or used to build a profile. The app contains no advertising and is published with a 4+ rating.

7. You are in control

Delete: Settings → Delete all data. Baby details, every record, measurements, Firsts, moment notes and photographs are removed from the device. This cannot be undone.
Take it with you: CSV export and backup are always available, on the free tier too.
Remove everything: deleting the app deletes the app's storage with it.

There is no "delete my data" request to send us — we hold nothing to delete.

8. Security

Data is held in the iOS app sandbox and protected by iOS file protection while your device is locked. Looking after your device passcode and your own backups is up to you; the backup file you create is not encrypted.

9. Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, the date on this page changes with it. If the app's data behaviour were ever to change materially — which its architecture does not allow for — that change would also be announced inside the app.
